            <p>The client wanted to start an India subsidiary and offshore its activities to India so that they could reduce costs.

            <p>The client needed assistance with the setting up of the company and in handling the Finance & Accounting operations on an ongoing basis.

            <p>The client had no contacts in Kerala, India and did not know whom to approach with their requirements. They finally spoke with their auditors in the US (One of the Big 4 audit firms) who referred the client to us.

     <p>We set up the India subsidiary of the client as a private limited company within a short span of 3 months from the initial discussions. 
</p>
     <p> The company started its activities in Kochi, India within one month of incorporation and we have since then been working closely with the client and handle the following activities:

End to end Finance & Accounting
Payroll processing
Regulatory compliance under Companies Act, Income tax Act, GST Act and other applicable legislations.

<p>The holding company in the USA is being provided with monthly MIS reporting that includes a summary of KPI’s.

<p>We are available both for the holding company management and the local company management for all their requirements – both accounting related and statutory compliances related. 
</p>
