          <p>Client: - Bluewater Association  <br/>Executed the handing over procedures of Blue Waters, a hybrid Villa-Apartment project by Prime Meridian consists of 22 duplex apartments and 15 luxury villas by
          inspecting and preparing project snag reports and overlooking the de snagging process. Facilitated the association formation for the same project.
          Planned preventive maintenance calendar, SOP, setting up in house team and specialized sub-contractors were carried out for easy property management.</p>
