            <p>The client wanted the Finance & Accounting activities to be handled by an independent entity with reporting directly to the Finance
team in the USA.</p>

     <p>We took up the engagement and staffed a full time resource to handle the day to day accounting functions.</p>
     <p>  Payroll processing is being handled by our in house team of payroll experts.</p>
     <p> A senior professional from our team oversees the month close and MIS reporting procedures and personally
handles all the compliance requirements. </p>
<p>The payroll processing application and the accounting application are on the cloud that enables remote review
and handling of activities and provides information on the go to the
holding company in the USA as well.</p>
